Account settings
Settings live under Settings in the sidebar. There are several tabs.
Profile
Your personal details:
- Name — used in invitation emails and reports.
- Email — your sign-in address. Changing it requires a verification step (you'll get an email at the new address to confirm).
- Avatar — optional, shown in the top-right.
Note: SimplyRank is passwordless. There's no password to set or change — you sign in via a magic link emailed to you each time.
Organization
Workspace-wide settings:
- Organization name — appears on reports and invoices.
- Default scan frequency — daily / weekly / monthly (subject to plan).
- Default time zone — used to display scan timestamps and schedule scan times.
- Logo — optional, used in PDF reports.
Team members
Manage who has access to the workspace. See Team members and collaboration.
Billing
Plan, payment method, invoices, billing details. See How billing works.
Notifications
Email and Slack alerts. See Notifications and alerts.
API (Pro and above)
Generate and manage API keys. See Exports and API.
White-label (Advanced and Agency)

Common questions
How do I change my email address?
In Settings → Profile, update the email. We send a verification link to the new address; click it to confirm. Your sign-in email is updated immediately and future magic links go to the new address.
Can I have multiple emails on one account?
Not on a single user account — one email per user. If you want multiple people to access a workspace, invite them as team members; each has their own email.
I lost access to my email — how do I get back in?
Email [email protected] from any address you can prove you control (e.g. another email tied to the same domain). We'll verify identity and update the account email manually.
