01Is there a free trial?
Yes — every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card needed to start.
02Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
03What counts as a "query"?
One prompt sent to one AI model. So a single prompt scanned across GPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini counts as 4 queries.
04Which models do you support?
ChatGPT (GPT-4o), Claude (Sonnet 4), Perplexity (Sonar Pro), and Gemini (2.5 Flash) — all four engines on every paid plan and the trial.
05Do you charge extra for additional AI models?
No. Every paid plan includes all four models (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini). Some other AI visibility tools charge a per-model add-on fee on top of the base plan; we don't.
06Do you offer agency or reseller pricing?
Agency plans are coming soon — rollout is founder-led with our first design partners. Use the Talk to us button on the agency tier or email [email protected] and we will set you up directly.
07Is my data secure?
EU data residency available on Pro and Advanced. We never train models on your data, and prompts are not retained beyond the scan history window your plan defines.
