01Is there a free trial?
Yes — every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card needed to start.
02Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. A plan change takes effect straight away and is pro-rated for the time left in your billing period. A step down becomes a credit on your next invoice, not a refund.
03What counts as a "query"?
One prompt sent to one AI model. So a single prompt scanned across GPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini counts as 4 queries.
04Which models do you support?
ChatGPT (GPT-4o), Claude (Sonnet 5), Perplexity (Sonar Pro), and Gemini (2.5 Flash) — all four engines on every paid plan and the trial.
05Do you charge extra for additional AI models?
No. Every paid plan includes all four models (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini). Per-model add-ons are common in this category: checked 10 October 2026, Otterly's own pricing page sells Claude as an add-on at $29–$439/mo depending on tier, and Google AI Mode and Gemini at $9–$149/mo each, on monthly billing. Peec AI's own pricing page, read 10 October 2026, charges €30–€140 a month for one extra model on monthly billing, depending on the plan (Peec AI shows visitors from the UK and Ireland its prices in euros). Both charge less for add-ons on annual billing. We include all four in the base plan instead.

07Is my data secure?
Your brands, prompts and scan results are stored in Zurich, Switzerland, on every plan. We never train models on your data.
