White-label reports
White-label means SimplyRank's name and visual identity is replaced with your agency's on every customer-facing report. Your client sees a clean, branded report that reads as if you produced it.
White-label is included on:
- Advanced ($350/mo) — for in-house teams that want branded internal reports.
- All Agency plans — for agencies delivering reports to clients.
What's customizable
| Element | Customizable | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Agency logo | ✅ | Settings → White-label |
| Cover page header | ✅ | Custom text per report or per client |
| Color palette | ✅ | Choose from preset palettes or supply hex codes |
| Footer text | ✅ | E.g. "Prepared by [Your Agency] for [Client]" |
| Report file name | ✅ | E.g. "AgencyName-AIVisibility-May2026.pdf" |
| Removal of SimplyRank logo from PDFs | ✅ | Automatic when white-label is enabled |
| Custom domain for client share links | Roadmap | Coming for Agency Pro+ |
What stays SimplyRank: small footer disclaimer crediting SimplyRank as the data source. This is required by terms but is unobtrusive.
Setting it up
- Settings → White-label.
- Upload your agency logo (PNG with transparent background recommended; minimum 512px wide).
- Choose your primary brand color or paste hex codes.
- Set default footer text. You can override per report.
- Save.
From now on, every PDF report and every dashboard share link generated for your clients uses these settings.
Per-client overrides
If you have clients with very different visual identities and they want reports aligned with their own brand (rather than yours), you can override white-label settings per client:
- Switch to that client's workspace.
- Settings → White-label (within the client) → Override agency defaults.
- Apply client-specific logo, colors, footer.
Use this sparingly — most agencies prefer consistent agency branding across all client reports, since the agency is the deliverer.
What's in a white-label report
Standard sections:
- Cover page — agency logo, client name, report period.
- Executive summary — visibility, position, sentiment headlines for the period.
- Trend charts — visibility, position over time.
- Competitor comparison — top competitors and their movement.
- Gap analysis highlights — biggest opportunities (Pro+).
- Citations summary — top sources influencing AI answers (Pro+).
- Recommendations — top action items.
- Appendix — full prompt list, full data table.
Reports can be 5–25 pages depending on data depth and which sections you include.
Generating a white-label report
- Open any client workspace.
- Click Export → PDF report.
- Choose:
- Date range.
- Sections to include (or use the default agency template).
- Whether to apply white-label (defaults to yes if enabled).
- Click Generate.
The PDF is generated server-side and emailed to you within a couple of minutes. Larger date ranges and richer data take slightly longer.
Sharing reports with clients
A few options:
- Email the PDF — simplest. Most agencies do this.
- Share a read-only dashboard link — generated from any dashboard page. Clients can interact with the data live without a SimplyRank login.
- Embed in a client portal — for agencies with their own client portals, embed PDFs or share links there.
Limitations to know
- The SimplyRank product itself (the dashboard logged-in users see) isn't fully white-labelable today. White-label currently applies to PDF exports and shared report links, which is what most clients see. A fully white-labelable dashboard is on the roadmap for higher-tier agency plans.
- Custom domains for shared report URLs (e.g.
reports.youragency.com) is on the roadmap. - Custom email senders (sending automated weekly reports from
[email protected]instead of from SimplyRank) is on the roadmap.
If any of these are blockers for your business, email [email protected] — we prioritize the roadmap based on agency feedback.
