White-label reports
White-label reporting is not built yet. It is on the roadmap, and we are designing it with our first agency design partners. This page exists so you know exactly where it stands before you promise anything to a client.

CSV export is the honest answer to "can I get the data out?" — it is real, it works, and it is on every paid plan from Starter upwards. Everything in the branding column above is roadmap.
What to tell clients now
The workflow that works today is: export the data as CSV, then build the client-facing deliverable in whatever you already use — Google Slides, Looker Studio, a spreadsheet, your own reporting template. That is more work than clicking Generate PDF, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
Two things worth saying to a client directly:
- The data is yours and it is portable. CSV export covers the prompt-level detail, so nothing is locked in a dashboard you cannot get at.
- The measurement is the product; the deck is yours. Most agencies already have a house reporting format. Until branded export ships, SimplyRank is the measurement layer feeding it rather than the thing that produces the final artefact.
Do not tell a client that reports will arrive under your branding. Nothing in the product does that today.
What we are designing
The shape we are working towards with design partners, roughly in priority order:
- Branded PDF export — agency logo, colour palette, footer text, SimplyRank branding removed.
- Read-only client share links — a live dashboard view a client can open without a SimplyRank login.
- Per-client branding overrides — for agencies whose clients want their own identity on the report rather than the agency's.
- Custom domains and custom email senders — the last mile of a genuinely rebadged experience.
No dates. When any of it ships, this page changes from roadmap to instructions, and the plan comparison tables change with it.
Why the plan tables no longer mention it
Plan limits come from frontend/src/lib/pricing.ts, which is the source of truth. White-label is set to false on every plan — individual and agency alike — with an explicit note not to market it until it ships. Older versions of the help centre and the pricing tables listed it as an Advanced and Agency entitlement. That was wrong, and it has been removed rather than softened.
