Agency plans

SimplyRank has three agency-specific plans, designed for marketing agencies and consultancies tracking AI visibility for multiple clients.

These plans aren't sold through the app yet. We're building the agency tier with our first agency design partners: the prices and figures below are indicative, and we set each account up with you directly. For what the app does today, see Managing multiple clients.

If you only manage one or two brands, the individual plans are usually a better fit. Agency plans start to pay off when you have 5+ clients to track.

How agency plans work

Each agency plan includes a number of clients — your client workspaces.

A client is one tracked organisation — typically one of your customers' brands. Within each client you have its own prompts, brands, competitors, and scan history.

Today the app doesn't pool limits across client workspaces. Each workspace is created on an individual plan of its own (Starter Lite, Starter, Pro or Advanced) and has that plan's limits. How the totals in the table above apply to your clients is part of what we set up with you.

You sign in once and switch between client workspaces from the workspace menu in the top bar. There is no page that shows every client together.

Plan-by-plan

Each tier below is described as designed, and the figures are indicative. The app doesn't apply the per-client figures today: whichever tier you're on, a client workspace has the limits of the individual plan it's created on (see How agency plans work). Ask us what applies to your account before you rely on one.

Agency Starter — $299/month

For small agencies with up to 5 active clients.

Best fit: A 1–3 person agency or freelance group, scaling beyond running individual SimplyRank accounts per client.

What you get vs. running individual Starter accounts: one login, client workspaces you create yourself, and quick switching between them.

What you give up vs. Pro Agency: no priority support.

Agency Pro — $599/month

The agency sweet spot. 15 clients included, monthly scans available, priority support.

Best fit: A 5–15 person agency where AI visibility is part of the standard service offering.

You get direct support escalation when client-facing issues come up.

Agency Advanced — $999/month

For larger agencies and resellers. 30 included clients, unlimited everything.

Best fit: Agencies running 30 or more client workspaces, those with strict reporting requirements, or those reselling SimplyRank as a productised service.

As designed, this tier has unlimited prompts, brands and queries. The note at the top of this section says what applies today.

Choosing between Agency and Individual plans

A few rules of thumb:

Why the choice matters: on an agency plan you create client workspaces yourself and move between them with one login. On individual plans each client needs a separate sign-up with its own email address, which is fine for a couple of clients and awkward beyond that. Team size on its own isn't a reason to switch: individual plans from Starter up include unlimited team members too.

Setting up an agency account

Agency plans are currently set up via sales contact. Email [email protected] with:

Number of clients you expect to onboard initially.
Whether you need monthly or yearly billing.
Any branded-reporting requirements (custom logo / domain / colours) — these are on the roadmap, so tell us early and we will factor them in.

We'll set up your agency workspace and walk you through your first client setup.

Going past your included client count

There is no automatic per-client overage billing. If you're consistently above your included client count, upgrade to the next tier — or talk to us about what you need before you hit the ceiling, and we'll work out the right shape with you.

Pitch projects

Pitch projects aren't built yet. Earlier versions of this page said every agency plan included unlimited pitch projects; nothing in the product does that today.

A workspace you create for a prospect is an ordinary workspace, with its own plan and its own 14-day free trial. If scanning for prospects matters to you, tell us when we set up your plan.
