SimplyRank has three agency-specific plans, designed for marketing agencies and consultancies tracking AI visibility for multiple clients.

If you only manage one or two brands, the individual plans are usually a better fit. Agency plans start to pay off when you have 5+ clients to track.

How agency plans work

Each agency plan includes a number of clients (your client workspaces) and a price per additional client.

A client is one tracked organization — typically one of your customers' brands. Within each client you have its own prompts, brands, competitors, and scan history. The plan limits (total prompts, brands, queries) are pooled across all clients.

You manage everything from a single agency dashboard, switching between clients quickly.

Plan-by-plan

Agency Starter — $299/month

For small agencies with up to 5 active clients.

Best fit: A 1–3 person agency or freelance group, scaling beyond running individual SimplyRank accounts per client.

What you get vs. running individual Starter accounts: white-label reports, unified login, single bill, faster client switching.

What you give up vs. Pro Agency: limited to 30 days of history per client, no priority support.

Agency Pro — $599/month

The agency sweet spot. 15 clients included, monthly scans available, priority support.

Best fit: A 5–15 person agency where AI visibility is part of the standard service offering.

You get 90-day history (which usually covers quarterly reviews comfortably) and direct support escalation when client-facing issues come up.

Agency Advanced — $999/month

For larger agencies and resellers. 30 included clients with the lowest overage rate, unlimited everything, full retention.

Best fit: Agencies with 25+ clients, those with strict reporting requirements, or those reselling SimplyRank as a productized service.

You get unlimited prompts, brands, queries, and full retention — no need to think about caps.

Choosing between Agency and Individual plans

Why the choice matters: Agency plans give you white-label reports, unlimited team, and per-client pricing. Individual plans cap at 25 or 50 brands — fine for 2–3 clients with small competitor sets, awkward beyond that.

Setting up an agency account

Agency plans are currently set up via sales contact. Email [email protected] with:

  • Number of clients you expect to onboard initially.
  • Whether you need monthly or yearly billing.
  • Any white-label requirements (custom logo / domain / colors).

Per-client overages

If you exceed your included client count, additional clients are billed monthly at the overage rate:

  • Agency Starter: +$49 / extra client / month
  • Agency Pro: +$39 / extra client / month
  • Agency Advanced: +$29 / extra client / month

Overages bill at the next renewal — you don't get charged the moment you cross. You can also upgrade tiers if you're consistently above the included count.

Pitch projects

All agency plans include unlimited pitch projects — temporary client workspaces you can spin up while pitching new business, scan once, and either convert to a paid client (counts toward your client total) or shelve.

This is designed so you can include AI visibility analysis in pitches without burning a client slot for prospects who don't sign.
