Plans and pricing

SimplyRank has four paid plans plus a 14-day free trial. There's no free tier — once the trial ends, you pick a paid plan.

At a glance

All four models means ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini — every plan scans all of them, including the trial. Model coverage is not a plan differentiator.

All plan limits are managed in frontend/src/lib/pricing.ts, the source of truth. If anything in the pricing page or this doc looks off, that file is correct and we'll fix the doc.

Plan-by-plan

Trial — Free for 14 days

The trial is meant to show you what SimplyRank does with your real data. You get:

• 10 prompts (we suggest some based on your industry).
• 5 brands (your brand + up to 4 competitors).
• 1 instant scan across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini.
• Access to your Dashboard, Recommendations, Prompts, Brands, and Trends pages.
• 14 days of access.

No credit card required. When the trial ends, your data stays accessible read-only for a short grace period; choose a paid plan to keep using SimplyRank actively.

Starter Lite — $25/month

For solo founders and side projects. Entry-level monitoring on a budget.

Best fit: a solo marketer, freelancer, or founder doing their own AI visibility checks weekly.

What you give up vs. Starter: daily scans, exports, and more prompts. You do not give up model coverage — Starter Lite scans all four models.

Starter — $75/month

For growing brands tracking AI visibility across the major models. The sweet spot for small teams.

Best fit: a marketing team of 2–10 doing weekly competitive analysis and content planning.

You get daily scan capability, a much larger query allowance, and exports — the things that turn SimplyRank from "interesting" into "part of the workflow."

Pro — $175/month

The plan most teams pick. The full feature set short of priority support and a dedicated success contact.

Best fit: a marketing department of 10–50 where AI visibility is a tracked KPI.

You get the API (so you can pull data into your BI tool), Slack alerts (so the team sees movement in real time), Gap Analysis, full Citations, and full Sentiment.

Advanced — $350/month

For organizations running AI visibility as a function — high volume, long history, dedicated support.

Best fit: enterprise marketing teams (50+) and high-volume agencies, brands with strict reporting requirements.

You get everything in Pro plus: 365-day retention (a full year of history), double the query allowance, priority support, and direct access to a customer success contact.

Monthly vs. yearly

Yearly billing gives you ~20% off, paid up-front:

Switch between monthly and yearly any time from Settings → Billing. Switching from monthly to yearly takes effect at the next billing cycle (you keep what you've paid for).
