What's included
The trial gives you:

- Every dashboard page, including Gap Analysis, Citations and Sentiment
The trial is meant to show you whether SimplyRank is the right fit — you'll have real scan data within minutes of signing up.
Step 1 — Sign up
- Go to simplyrank.ai and click Start Free Trial.
- You'll be taken to onboarding. This is a 5-step wizard that takes about 3 minutes.
You don't need a credit card to start the trial.
Step 2 — The 5-step onboarding

| 1. Domain | Enter your website (e.g. https://yourbrand.com). We use the domain to detect your industry and pre-fill suggestions. |
| 2. Company | Confirm your company name and short description. |
| 3. Prompts | We suggest 10 prompts based on your industry. You can keep them, edit them, or write your own. These are the questions SimplyRank will run against AI models. |
| 4. Competitors | Add up to 4 competitor brands you want to benchmark against. We auto-suggest some based on your industry. |
| 5. Email | Enter your work email and click Send me my results. We email you a six-digit sign-in code. |
Step 3 — Enter your sign-in code
You don't set a password to get started. After step 5, check your inbox for an email from SimplyRank with a six-digit sign-in code.
The wizard is now asking for that code. Type it and click Verify & see my dashboard, and you land in your dashboard. The code works on any device: you can read it on your phone and type it on your computer.
Later sign-ins work the same way: we email you a new code each time. If you'd rather use a password instead, you can set one later in Settings → Profile — see Signing in.

Step 4 — Run your first scan
When you land in the dashboard for the first time, your first scan runs automatically. It asks a small set of trial questions (your trial's prompts, put to each AI model), so it usually takes 2–8 minutes. Scans on a paid plan ask many more questions and take longer.
A banner at the top of every page shows how many answers are in and roughly how long is left. There's nothing to click: when the scan finishes, the page shows your results by itself, and we email you.
Step 5 — What to do next
Once your first scan is done:
- Look at your visibility score — the % of prompts where your brand was mentioned.
- Check your competitors — see which ones AI is mentioning more often than you.
- Open the Recommendations page — SimplyRank generates suggestions for improving your visibility based on the first scan.

Choosing a plan after the trial
The trial expires after 14 days. To keep using SimplyRank, you'll need to pick a paid plan:
- Starter Lite ($25/mo) — entry-level monitoring
- Starter ($75/mo) — daily scans, exports, growing teams
- Pro ($175/mo) — 150 prompts, 25 brands, 18,000 queries a month (most teams pick this)
- Advanced ($350/mo) — high volume, priority support
