SimplyRank is founder-operated, so the work is not split across departments. The four areas below are the ones he is hands-on with.

• The scan pipeline — scheduling scans for each tracked brand, sending every active prompt to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini, and storing each response alongside the model version that produced it.
• The measurement layer — turning those responses into visibility, position and sentiment scores, citation lists, and gap analysis against tracked competitors.
• The research programme — the methodology behind every number published on this site, written up in full on the SimplyRank Research profile.
• The writing — the pillar guides on AI rank tracking, and the model-specific benchmarks in the learn and research libraries, carry his byline where he wrote them.

What he is accountable for

Pages bylined SimplyRank Research use the methodology he maintains, and pages bylined in his own name follow the same rules: the metrics are the ones defined in the product, the model versions are the ones in production, and partial or failed scans are excluded from anything we publish.
